Steve Duffy - President, Postal & Parcel Storage Solutions Group
Mr. Duffy was appointed President, Postal & Parcel Storage Solutions Group in January 2015, leading both the Solar Industries and Florence Manufacturing, divisions of Gibraltar Industries. Serving as a member of the Gibraltar Industries Executive Management Team, Mr. Duffy has an extensive background in executive and general management. Previous to joining Gibraltar in 2009, he served as President of Wells Lamont Industrial Group, a division of the Marmon Group, President of Actown Electrocoil, a division of Actuant Corporation, and has held various senior management positions at Groupe Safran, a global leaders in aerospace, security and telecommunications. Mr. Duffy has an MBA from DePaul University and a Chemistry degree from Northern Illinois University.

Kerri Winter - Vice President and General Manager
Ms. Winter was appointed VP and General Manager in January 2016 after previously serving in the roles of VP Accounting and Administration, and Controller. Leading the Executive Management Team, Ms. Winter has been with Florence since April 2005 and also has over 20 additional years’ experience in manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, sales and marketing, accounting and banking for both large public and private companies. She holds a bachelors' degree in Business Administration from Bethany College, is a CPA in Kansas and recently graduated from the Flint Hills Leadership Program.

Kevin Fee - Vice President of Engineering
Mr. Fee joined Florence Manufacturing in September 2012. He is responsible for overseeing the engineering functions, including R&D, Design Engineering, and Manufacturing Engineering. Prior to joining Florence, Mr. Fee spent 23 years in senior engineering and executive roles for businesses in the ATM and bank security markets, and high speed automated machinery markets. He has extensive experience in implementing and integrating lean product design and lean manufacturing methodologies. Mr. Fee holds a bachelors' degree in Mechanical Engineering from Iowa State University.

Stacy Kohlmeier - Vice President of Sales & Marketing
Ms. Kohlmeier joined Florence Manufacturing in September, 2003. She is responsible for overseeing all customer service, sales, marketing, new business and product development activities. Prior to joining Florence, she was Economic Development Director at the Manhattan Area Chamber of Commerce and spent 17 years in senior management roles at Western Resources, Inc. She currently serves on the local Manhattan Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, and is a Manhattan Community Foundation Trustee. Ms. Kohlmeier holds a bachelors' degree in Business Administration from Fort Hays State University.

Steve Penn-Berkeley - Vice President of Operations
Mr. Penn-Berkeley joined Florence Manufacturing in September, 2014. He is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the operations group. Born in the UK, he served a four-year apprenticeship with Land Rover UK, attaining City & Guilds of London Institute qualifications in Motor Vehicle Technology and Industrial Technology. Since that time, he was responsible for building and operating a number of plants around the world, including Germany, Australia, Republic of Seychelles and several in the US. Mr. Penn-Berkeley comes to Florence from our sister company AMICO, where he was in charge of their largest facility in Bourbonnais, IL after being promoted from their Birmingham, AL, and Dayton, TX facilities.
